It was a busy week at the Old Latin School in Wittenberg, Germany, ending with two Bauabnahme — the final inspections in various areas. First, there was an inspection of the steel and glass fire doors (which close automatically in case of fire) throughout the building, and the final inspection was made of virtually every room on the ground floor and first floor.
The renovation of the Kirchplatz portal was also completed by restorers. Sunlight and clouds made it difficult to capture the brightness of the color in the coats of arms on the door.
